This is one of the best books I’ve ever read. It was recommended to me at a party by this artist named Tim McCormick who used to paint some covers for a magazine I worked at in San Diego and even though it’s basically a technical/theory guide for impressionist painters, it teaches you so much about writing. Maybe all you need to know.
